Clean + Tidy LLC offers optional text-message notifications to the clients and team members who have an account in our app. This page explains exactly how someone opts in, what we send, and how to stop.

About our text messages

Clean + Tidy LLC is a cleaning company serving Swan Valley, Irwin, and Palisades, Idaho. Our scheduling app is invite-only — we create an account for each client and team member. Account holders can choose to receive text messages about their own bookings and schedule. We send account and appointment notifications only — never marketing or promotional messages — and we do not sell or share phone numbers.

  • Clients: booking confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and price-change notices.
  • Team members: shift and schedule updates, time-off decisions, and messages from admin.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt in

Texts are off by default. To turn them on, a signed-in account holder opens Notices in their account and enters their own mobile number. The moment a number is typed, the consent checkbox below appears directly under the phone field. The number cannot be saved unless the box is checked. We record the date and time of consent, and immediately send a confirmation text.

The phone number and the consent checkbox above are on the same form — the number is unusable for texts until this box is checked for it specifically. Unchecked by default; the Save button stays disabled until it's checked by the account holder.

Immediately after opting in, the number receives this one-time confirmation:

Opting out & help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time — you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at cleantidysv@gmail.com. You can also remove your number from Account → Notices at any time.
